Improve testing practices, focusing on backend systems. Establish robust End-to-End testing frameworks and improve automation infrastructure to ensure reliable releases. Work with the development team to implement efficient testing processes that maintain high product quality while improving development velocity.

Work closely with team members to develop detailed, comprehensive Automation test cases and deliver high quality products. Prevent, analyze and track product defects/issues including root cause analysis of test script failures. Perform hands-on Manual investigation and reproduction of functional Backend software issues. Find out test script deficiencies and solutions for additional scripted coverage.
